Harben’s 2035 jetter is ideally suited for cleaning municipal sewer lines up to 18-inches. The 2035 operates with a continuous peak flow rate of 35 gpm at 2,050 psi.

Standard Equipment

Pump and drive system: Triplex plunger style including flow selector valve. The pump is belt driven, completely shrouded and protected with a low-water shut down sensor and pressure relief valve
Water tanks: Two 300-gallon polyethylene, U.V. protected water tanks
Engine: 4-cylinder oil cooled industrial class diesel engine rated 65 hp @ 2,800 rpm. Keyed ignition, LED warning lights and cable throttle control. Automatic high temperature engine shut down
Hose reel and hose: Hydraulically powdered rotating hose reel with manual pivot and hose level wind guide. Furnished with 500-ft. of 3/4-in. thermoplastic hose
Power coated frame and equipment: Paintable surfaces, except the engine, are powder coated gloss white for durability in harsh environments. The engine is painted gloss white enamel.
Operator controls: Water selector valve, hydraulic reel rotation speed control, adjustable engine throttle, water pressure gauge and hose reel payout/retrieve lever. Keyed ignition and LED warning lights
Trailer: Custom fabricated tubular steel frame. Equipped with two spring axles, 4 ea. 8-lug painted wheels, twin combination brake and tail lights and electric brakes. Flat fender tops are coated with a non-skid surface. Fender faces are coated with epoxy chip guard
Tools and accessories: 12-volt electrical outlet at the rear operator station for work lights and tools. 2 ea. drain jet nozzles, flexible hose guide (“tiger tail”) and 10-ft. x 3/4-in. leader hose. Publications: engine and pump service manuals/DVD ; Harben operating instruction manual

Specifications

Water tanks

Two rectangular shaped 3/8” thick stress reinforced, ultraviolet stabilized polyethylene tanks are standard with a total capacity of 600 gallons. Each tank features a 10-inch diameter inspection hatch.
A water fill system is accessible from the rear, curb side with a 2-1/2” quick connect coupler adaptor for use with an available hydrant fill hose
A water level sight gauge is installed and visible from the rear operator’s station
Water tanks are warranted for 10 years

Control and gauges

All operator controls and gauges are located at the rear of the jetter and positioned to allow hydro-jetting to be managed by one operator.
Controls include a hydraulic reel speed control, hose reel payout/retrieve lever, on/off water control valve and keyed ignition with LED caution lights
An analog water pressure gauge is located on the control panel and a water level sight gauge is visible from the rear operator station.
Water pressure is variable from 0 to 2,050 psi with a cable operated engine speed throttle control
A 12-volt electrical outlet is provided to power work lights and tools

Additional features

Storage: Flat top fenders permit installation of optional aluminum diamond plate lockable tool boxes and/or open bins for bulky item storage.
Powder coated finish: Paintable surfaces are powder coated Harben gloss white except for a gloss white acrylic enamel engine. Choose from solid color options for an additional cost.
